Silver Bells Hamper & Gift Sdn Bhd would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers & friends for your valuable support.

In recognition of your support we have cater various shopping & food vouchers as below for you to choose and redeem.

For every RM125.00 purchase you make in a single receipt will entitled you to a RM5 shopping vouchers or food vouchers. A redemption slip will be attached with the invoice. You can accumulate as many redemption slip as you like to exchange for a higher redemption value in future.

Terms & Conditions

1. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
2. Redemption slip is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
3. Payments must be made in full within 35 days from the date of invoice before any voucher can be redeemed. (Redemption slips deem void (invalid) if payment received after 35 days).
4. Redemption slip must be produced upon redemption of shopping / food voucher.
5. Value Buys Items, Discounted Orders, Overseas Orders, Festival Hampers, Contract Orders, Special Projects, Outstation Orders are not entitle for the redemption slip.
6. Silver Bells will not be held responsible for any lost or expired vouchers / redemption slip.
7. Kindly call us in advance (minimum 7 workings days) for us to get ready your choice of vouchers.
8. All redemption must be redeem at our office during office hours from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9am to 1pm or a nominal fee of RM5 will be levied for request of vouchers delivery.
9. Silver Bells reserved the right to replace any items of equal value depending on stock availability.
